How does this work, what are the punishments they give out. I know first they give out 2 day ban to the player queing with a cheater, but what comes after that does anyone know?

It will state Suspension and Timeframe in the Notification E-Mail.Quote:
How do you know if it's just a temporary suspension?
Well, then this is not the case anymore. It says banned right under my game in bnet launcher. In mail it doesn't seem temporarily either, but on my bnet account page (game licenses) it still says "active" in white text on overwatch, that's what's confuses me. Also I never got any penalty since ow got released. Only one 14 day chat mute a month ago.Quote:

There is also “Suspended” instead of “Banned” displayed right under the Play Button.
The third Option for the Battle.net Launcher would be “Locked” which is for SMS Verification.
Usually there is a Warning which for this offense is a 1-Day Suspension.
For Communication, it would be a Chat-Timeout for 14 Days.
After that, you receive two weeks.
Then they give a month up to three times in total, and after that you will be banned.
There can be differences per case, but that is basically it.
It is still the case and depends on the offense.Quote:

Anyway the best of all this is I haven't even used a cheat on a versus Multiplayer ever.
Not on overwatch not on any other versus multi-player game. In other words I have absolutely no idea what I even did and got banned.
