I Am Just So Confused

I don't understand why is it so hard to find a service provide who will answer your questions. all I've been getting out here is people playing games blowing me off when I have legitimate questions and just over all sketchy obnoxious garbage. if somebody can at least direct me to a good site where a bunch of ppl use.. except for sky cheats.. that absolutely SUCK
