S4 League's spiritual successor starts alpha

Achim (the former CEO of alaplaya and the guy that brought S4 League to Europe) started his own game company now after alaplaya shut down, and together they have worked on a S4 League inspired game for quite some while. The alpha starts tomorrow (1st August 2024). Game Name is Code ZIN: Esper Arena, it has a steam page and everything.

What are your thoughts people? I think you can definitely tell its a small indie team.. but I will check it out

Imagine cloning a game older than 15 years and somehow making it look worse. Fucking Vroid model, asset flip looking game. You can literally tell from the steam page trailer that is feels even more jank than s4. Stop advertising this crap, noone cares.

Following this project now since 2 years and was pretty hyped, but this will never be better than S4 lol. Movement doesnt look really smooth, graphics didnt look nice to me. I dont know about gameplay, modes etc but on the first look I would just prefer to stay at xero lol.

e: And as pattesyte said, 10€ for alpha key? better make it for free and advertise this game to all people you could reach, instead of selling alpha keys. Just my opinion.
