Monolith - worst customer experience

I was using monolith for last month and sadly I cant recommend it.
Firstly updates take an awfully long time - When there is a force wipe, it takes about 12-24h to update (lately it took a few days), while other providers have their cheat updated within an hour mostly.
Secondly, support takes an awfully long time to write back, again even easily a few days to get through...
And finally, after the encryption update, the cheat is completely unusable. It took several days to get only the most basic visuals working. Then (July 7), they gave an ETA for the next day that the full cheat would work already. It's July 29 and all we know is that they are still working on it.

Most providers had problems and downtime for some days with the first encryption update you shouldnt use this against them

Yeah, sure, they had, but this isnt "some days", its almost a month already.

i understand you but you were saying basic visuals are already up so its not the whole cheat being down and maybe they are doing some recoding since they had a detection recently too afaik

For the encryption update quite a few providers took a little while to get back up and running

but by now all are up fully, so this is quite bad to be honest. Thanks for sharing your experience to us.
