DMA or not, you'll end up getting banned, that's just how it is.
Use either kernaim or proofcore, both are trusted and transparent and have been around much longer than the other providers you can see here

They're all good providers, Proofcore requires ID verification, NGRHook and Kernaim are public with good detection records, and Aimboss is the best imo, you just need to find a seller to buy an invite. If you don't feel like buying an invite, which costs around 100$+, then I recommend Proofcore.

Kern was literally in Testing till ~2 Weeks ago and was detected a Month ago. Their record on page is not correct.

Testing phase for cheats even for several weeks is completely normal to ensure accurate safety status. Prior to Kernaim's detection a month ago they have been UD for over a year before that, so that's enough to put them in the good detection record in my book, you won't find many public providers that stay UD that long for Apex.

There are a good number of cheats to choose from on epvp, but if security is your main concern, then proofcore definitely meets your needs due to a strong proven track record regarding detections. When you mentioned about playing legitimately, I take it you mean when using the aimbot (I could be mistaken), but if I'm right and that is what you meant, then your needs are met in that area too since there's a highly configurable aimbot that you can tweak to avoid obvious snapping to enemy players, etc.

Exodus is a good option for legit and spoofer built-in as well in case you wanna protect your serials.

You need to understand the mechanics of the game banning you, in my opinion it's impossible to get to the point where you're not banned if you're not a DMA，But as of now all cheats that use dma, involve tampering with memory, so if you want to stay undetected you should use a cheat that doesn't tamper with memory, or leave the tampering feature off. I hope this only helps.

Dma is safe option

Apex is updating their anti cheat in Season 22. It is confirmed. They are also going to have a 24/7 new ban team as well as nerfing aim assist. You don't have to believe me but I wouldn't run anything for the next month or two.
