Pretty bad customer support, paid for 30 days. Getting a server connection error. Asked on Discord and someone responded that it was down but pretty much instantly deleted their response. No response since and it's been 3+ days.

Can't say whether this is legit or not, it seems like it is, but it also seems like if you have an issue they don't give a care and won't help you at all.
