It's not official, it's a private server trying to trick people into thinking it's a legitimate version/locale of Silkroad.
We already investigated this 5-6 months ago and proved it. You can find those posts here:

Not sure how they managed to get back on Steam/Epic Games stores after they were already removed for copyright infringement, but I'm sure it will be removed not long from now, just like last time. :D
