let's get into it,

Why using launcher maker ?

- Easy control over elements (Mouse drag or Keyboard arrows), resize and put your own image.

- You don't have to worry about stupid margins and edit refresources.txt 546546 times before you get what you really want.

- Convert launcher images dat > bmp (vice versa).

- You can preview & edit any refresources.txt file.

What is the reason for this? Is there anything harmful?

How but the message says otherwise, that if I run the program I will be exposed to risk

I got the same message - it’s clean tho.
