Whenever i tab out of the game and then tab back in, the menu stops working and the cheats too. Is this normal or a bug?

Contact the cheat provider.

This happened to me when I was running the game in Fullscreen instead of Borderless window. If running the game in Borderless window doesn't fix it, contact Cheat Army's/Linear's support team in their discord.

Change your game resolution to Borderless, it'll fix your issue :)
