Need some help choosing best cheese

Hello, I know there are alot of threads but I have some more specific requests.
The key points are as follows,

1) I have an AMD system (windows 10)
2) No DMA
3) I want to be able to use debug camera (not a must but a big want)
4) I want something for legit play style. (something UD)

please give me some feed back on providers you have used.

Yeah I asked your support team if there was a feature that enabled debug they told me no, then I found out there is so I tried to buy it but your website keeps declining my cards. I dont have crypto cuz every crypto website gets banned in canada, and your other 2 payment methods are also banned in canada.
