Resellers stop taking you for kings when most of you are little 17 year old virgins, especially when you are talking to older people.

I want to share my recent experience with CheatSeller, focused purely on support quality and professionalism.
This is not an emotional rant — this is a factual summary supported by screenshots (sensitive info blurred).
1. Support Quality
One of the biggest issues is the support structure. The shop has over 1,000+ customers but only 2–4 active support staff.
From my interactions, response times were slow, and communication lacked clarity.
Certain support members (like lavt1n) handled situations patiently and professionally — but others did not.
2. Behavior From Support
I experienced dismissive and unprofessional responses, including:
Sarcasm
Threats about “lawsuits”
Claims about “psychological trauma”
Accusations without evidence
Blaming the user instead of providing proper diagnostic help
These statements are visible in the screenshots provided (with my username blurred).
Professional support does not behave like this.
Constructive communication should be standard, especially when issues involve loaders, system checks, or virtualization changes.
3. Technical Issue Handling
After enabling virtualization and running their provided checker/loader, my system became unbootable and required a full fresh Windows reinstall.
Whether the issue came from the cheat, the loader, or the checker is not something support even attempted to investigate.
Instead of technical guidance, I received dismissive replies such as:
“Your Windows bugs are your problem alone.”
This is not how proper customer support should address a case where the issue occurred immediately after using their software.
4. Timezone & Availability Issues
Most cheat developers are based in the US, meaning responses typically come late evening/early night.
However, CheatSeller support only works until 22:00 Moscow time, which creates major delays.
Even if the developer replies, the reseller won’t see it until next morning — meaning lost sub time and slower resolution for the customer.
5. Summary
CheatSeller does offer real products — I am not calling the store “scam.”
However, the support experience is extremely unprofessional compared to industry standards.
Lack of communication, hostile tone, and unwillingness to properly investigate issues makes resolving problems unnecessarily difficult.
I hope this feedback encourages improvement, because the shop could be solid if the support structure and professionalism were addressed.
