Suspended then lost Trusted Status

Just got banned for 7 days for RMTing 1mill gold from G2G on my mule. I managed to convert it all into Gems but before I got a chance to mail it I got banned.

I'm now negative 1mill gold, no Trusted status but have the gems still. Anyone know how to regain Trusted status? Or how long it takes to regain it.

Already activated mobile steamguard, made a royal crystal purchase 1week ago, and still no Trusted status. I log on every few days and do activities for 30-60minutes.

I know you can regain it, because that Chinese Streamer Luka who was negative 8mill gold managed to go back positive by doing legit royal crystal to gold conversion.

AGS don't control over the trusted status, it's auto by system and there is no time for it.

Once you have obtained trusted status, you may lose your trusted status and your ability to trade with other players depending on your account behavior.

-Using a VPN

-Playing in an unsupported region

-Engaging in RMT

-Botting

-Using suspicious software

-Suspicious trading practices

-Suspicious account behavior

Please know that trusted status is regularly reviewed. If none of the above are occurring on your account, and you have lost your trusted status, your account will be re-evaluated. After re-evaluation, if your account looks to be in good standing, your trusted status will be re-granted.

same, I only got gems tho, never gold, that mule now has lost Trusted Status with the gems. I highly doubt you will ever regain it especially considering you have a million negative gold

I have bought the Crystalline Aura for 6 months (1100 RC package) and a Voldis Powerpass. That was like 3 weeks ago. Hasnt regained Trusted ever since. A lot of players getting falsely banned tho, maybe your only chance is a slip-up in the system when they try to fix the issue with false positives

Yeah I'm thinking of giving up, but like I mentioned in my original post, Luka the Chinese streamer on twitch had -8mill gold, and he got trusted status back, as he is able to list Royal Crystal's to gold (cost him $4500usd to get back into positive) he has like multiple high level characters and plays alot still, so I have a little bit of hope that playing a bit at a time will eventually get me trusted again. We shall see

that might have more to do that he spend 90times more than you did, is a streamer and its his main account and not a mule

One of my mules didnt get hit with a ban but it lost trusted status a few weeks ago due to inactivity (a lot of legit players on discord got hit with it). I got mine back after 7-8 days. All i did was quest, did dailies. basically just play on the account. AGS now has their own trusted status protocol that no one knows what triggers it. Its different from the steam trusted status now. When i contacted customer service, they say its automated and said to play the account normally and it will automatically trigger and give the trusted status back
