{QUESTION} Can anyone answer this?

Perusing through a database i came across a table called cq_gm_checkpunish.

Am i right that this is a list of those punished when the database was in use in a server?
And-
Is it safe to clean this table, if the names are not players currently within the server?
And-
Would someone please explian what the columns, numbers and other entries are?
And-
I would post a screenshot but the table is rather large.

Check punish is a table that adds suspicious activity as far as i know. if you would do a /kickoutcheat all the names in this table would end up in botjail.

do you mean if im using /kickoutcheat command then the name in this table will go to botjail..? and what make their name appears there..?
