Assuming you are using the vSRO 1.88 sro_client, the blowfish key can be found on address : 0x00E19450. It's default value is 169841 and you can change that to anything you want.

Copy the GFXFileManager.dll file to the client folder, and then proceed to run the game. A popup dialog will display the Blowfish key.
