[Help] Guild Emblem Registration

I am not getting put emblem on my guild
I buy a emblem, use, but nothing happens

I am trying this image: (this image is bitmap on my computer)

I put it in my folder of sunworld with the name guildmark

My regedit is thus:

has something wrong?

i lost 60mil
tryed 2 time
