Hey guys just wondering who is the dev of chams smg . any contact info?

As far as I am aware its not only 1 person. They are 3 or 4 and repasting same cheats with different names when they got hit. The longest ud after chams is probably SMG private which is not really private or slotted. Just a little bit harder to get because of the price they ask for ~100$.

Hydra lite is a solid alternative too, no chams in that product but its more reliable and more UD.
