Any good active server?

I'm looking for an active server that is not pay to win, preferably from version 8.1 inward.

To make a server and be motivated you need 2 things, A progression that's slower then the development team and a group of players willing to be patient for things, Neither exist currently so I doubt many people would be motivated to make any Rappelz server for anything other than profit.

The whole point of private servers was to make the game easier and counter the pay-to-win mentality of official servers.
Back in the day pretty much all private servers were easy and were made for pvp gameplay, which was very fun. You could literally complete your character in like 2 hours and then go play pvps.
Nowdays, this type of servers are no longer being made, I'm guessing because they wouldn't maintain a high number of players in a long period of time, people will get bored basically, and it would also not gain them revenue since the whole point is to make everything free and easy.
However, I would never understand why anyone would play this game except for pvp. Why anyone would want to grind in a 18 years old dead game and in a private server for that matter. If you want to grind just go play some modern MMO it will be more fun and more rewarding. I'm not judging anyone but it's just my opinion.

Because some people enjoy the game, if you don't just don't play it, People like you are the reason that I personally don't feel like hosting servers, Yes some people like pvp yes I don't agree with how p2w official is atm, But this kind of content creation requires hundreds of hours of work to make it work as to make rappelz work on a fundimental level again you HAVE to alter the engine, this requires a great amount of knowledge and time, Nobody would spent this time into making a kum and go server for some random arabs to movementspeed into china. And since nobody takes this into consideration I don't think any talented person with a ounce of self respect would touch this sasspit called Rappelz anymore

People can, Even I can. But I aint doing it when people talk like this as this is basically how everyone looks at things.

er kennt den Unterschied zwischen einer Zusammenarbeit um echtes Geld nicht, bei der Entwickler sich gegenseitig ihren Code verkaufen und sich so helfen. Und den Spielern, die beim Handel um echtes Geld die Regeln brechen und durch AFK-Farming oder durch Glitch-Speedrun-Events wertvolle Items erhalten haben, die bei diesem Massaker buchstäblich jeden Server zerstören. Und trotzdem denkt er ständig, ich verstehe nicht, was er meint – das verstehe ich wirklich. Die Leute zielen einfach ständig auf Server ab, bei denen der Handel mit Spielressourcen um echtes Geld in den Augen der Spieler als Zukunftsmusik gilt, während er in Wirklichkeit alle Server zerstört. Die Spieler werden dazu angehalten, das Spiel nicht zu spielen. Der ganze Handel um echtes Geld zwischen Spielern kommt weder dem Server noch der Verwaltung zugute, sondern tötet ihn stattdessen.
