DMA board for EFT - USB Device failed device decryptor request failed

Playing around with a captain gen4 card. In a computer somewhere else it works fine, connect from main PC to secondary PC. Now on my gaming PC to another secondary PC doesnt work. On Secondary PC it appears as "USB Device failed device decryptor request failed" . Tried installing drivers on secondary PC but still get same issue sayign there is no device. If i take the card and take it to the other guy pc it works fine there. JTSG works fine on my set but not the data part/ Anyone has any idea how to fix this?

This is the second card i get (first one was replaced thinking was broken but seems it wasnt since it works too on other system.)

Tried diferent USB ports, cables, CPI slots on gaming pc. Have everythign related to protection disable in both, also virtualization etc. PCIE slot set as gen1. Anyone any idea?

1.Maybe it's a problem with the data cable.
2. Perhaps it's a problem with the USB interface.
3. Maybe it's a system issue.

the same board with same cable works on another system. the second pc is the one where driver should be right ? cause i tried diferent secondary pcs and same issue.

Yep the 2nd pc should have the FTDI device/ and corresponding driver. When you mentioned it works in another system does that mean the DMA card in another PC or the 2nd pc is different.
