Ways to be safe buying apex accounts?

Hi there,

I just want to buy some smurf accounts for cheating and stuff just to have some to play with which are ranked ready.
Is there something i can do to ensure my smurfs are not getting banned after the purchase?
My last smurf i bought was from a chinese guy (im in europe) and after changing the region and linked it to my steam account it got banned after 2 days for ToS Violation (EA Account not apex account)

Is there a good way to prevent that?

Hey mate, when buying accounts its important not to change too much infomation at once. When given the full infomation, first thing you want to do is change the password for the email address, the password for the EA account and the name of the account then wait 2/4 weeks. From there you can change some of the infomation, but to be honest your better of leaving it how it is. If the orignal owner still rememebers everything, it still doesnt stop them from recovering the account so changing infomation doesnt mean much.
