Make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications. If the error still occurs, contact Conquer 2.0 :)

If you have a folder named "Conquer 2.0" under C:/Program Files (<--something like that, not sure 'cause I have swedish OS) delete it.
Then try reinstall, if it doesnt work try installing Conquer while in "Safe Mode"

You can get into safe mode when you restart your computer, and press F8 rapidly when your computer is loading. If done right there will show up a menu where you can choose "Safe mode" startup.
Find the setup.exe and install.
