Hi, this situation occurred over 2 years ago in 2022, The culprit was a corrupt staff member who was banned as soon as he was found, Only around 5% of customers were affected, And we sent out files to get rid of the RAT caused by the corrupt staff member.

Cobalt has been completely clean for the past 2 years.
