DMA help

With the recent EO detections I feel Riccochet is catching up to software cheats. I was caught in that recent detection and want to move to DMA for hopefully better security, just need help understanding the basics.

From research I've done, I know you would need a dma board, firmware for it, a fuser, a KM box and a second pc or laptop. But I just have a couple of questions regarding a couple of components that I wanted to ask before I buy them.

DMA card:
1. Any recommendations on what card I should get? I am looking at captainDMA's cards rn, but please do let me know if there are better options.
2. Why are the prices for these DMA cards soo varied? Is there a practical benefit for getting the more expensive DMA cards in terms of security or speed? If it affects speed, in what way is faster better or how does a slow card ruin the experience?
3. Ik this question might sound dumb, but would you need to like turn off the DMA card after you are done with the game you are cheesing on and want to play another game? For example: I am done playing COD with a DMA cheat, and now want to play Valorant. In this case would I have to physicallly remove the device or turn it off to not get detected or banned in val?

Firmware:
1. Does the firmare I buy the with a captainDMA device for example support all games? OR
1.1 Would i need to buy seperate firmware for seperate games? Because I see people offering firmware for BE/EAC and sepeare firmware for vangaurd.
3. What is a good firmware to stay undeteced on Riccochet? I read that it is basically the most important factor in terms of being undeteced from anti-cheats.

KM Box:
1. I know there are 2 KM boxes in the market rn the Pro and the Net version, just was wondering what is the difference between those? What is better or what do you recommend?

Second PC:
1. No questions, already have a laptop that I plan on using :)

Fuser:
1. Why tf are these things soo expensive? Surely there is a cheaper way to combine displays of 2 different devices.
2. IF there are no alternatives to fusers what is the cheapests one on the market I can get rn? And is there a difference in quality for fusers based on price? Just need one that can support 144hz minimum.

Do the parameters of the second computer need to be sufficient to handle warzone or can a computer with lower parameters also be able to solve this problem?

They don't need to run Warzone.

An i5 and 8gb of RAM is plenty for the second PC / laptop.
Buy one of the cheapo laptops from Best Buy or Amazon.

Ok, let's go through this best i can.

DMA card:

1 & 2 . Personally, i recommend getting the cheapest card you can, 35 vs 75T does have differences in speeds, but imo unless the cheat software provider is incompetent , a cheat should run very smoothly on a 35T .

Firmware :

1 Lots of DMA come with preinstalled firmware and i wouldn't recommend using them tbh, theyr'e quite bad.

1.1 Some anticheats are better than others, a firmware that works on vanguard for example would work for be/eac , but not the other way around.

3. My honest opinion is that the firmware marketplace is a complete scam, my recommendation is always to flash ekknod's free WIFI 2.0, it's a public FW sure, but it emulates a mass produced wifi driver and is orders of magnitudes better than a lot of the so called "1-1 private firmware" market. i feel very strongly about it, i would not spend a single cent of firmware personally.


KM Box:

I believe the difference is in communication methods, i personally use the b pro + and its fine.

Fuser:

it's a complex hardware product, but it doesnt have to be as expensive as it seems, ive heard of fusers going as low as 90 on places like sugargoo and you can find a decent one for around 160 on aliexpress , There are other methods like moonlight or OBS W/capture card , but they have their own limitations. i dont know enough about fusers to really help, since i really dont use one myself.

I would def stick with a 35T DMA, the 75T has minimal performance difference due to its USB limitations. Totally forgot about responding to this after the match I was in. I'll answer in order:

DMA card:
1. I personally use LeetDMA, but captainDMA is great too. They're both almost identical. I'd stick with one or the other.
2. Prices are so varied because some come with firmware, and some don't. Also, the quality of the firmware.
3. You should always restart your PC after, regardless of DMA.

Firmware:
1. Yes
2. If you buy a captainDMA or LeetDMA, no. If you buy one without firmware, yes, obviously. I personally recommend Revoked Mindset (a few others here use him as well).
3. If You buy a card with it, you won't need firmware for Ricochet.

KM Box:
1. Just how they communicate. I have less issues with B pro.

Fuser:
1. Quality of the fuser, brand name, and resellers significantly increase fuser price. You can buy a Dichen for ~60-80$
2. Dichen. You can get one on Sugargoo for like ~60$.

I'm in the same boat. I'd love to hear about your journey continuing in this thread. I was soooo close to throwing down the money a month ago, but felt I didn't have enough information!

Thank you! This is super helpful too. I just hope ricochet turns a blind eye to DMA for a while. I feel both Activision's legal team and thier anti-cheat have been taking it up a gear recently.

DMA detections depend on the popularity and economy of the game.

For example, Vanguard (Valorant) is aggressive towards DMA because:
1. It's the only moderately successful way to cheat, therefore they have a large DMA population.
2. Valorant accounts sell for a lot, which gives cheaters incentive to cheat to build accounts, then sell.

As for COD and Ricochet, it'll most likely be some time before they go after DMA cheaters. They could now, but they (DMA cheaters) represent less than 1% of the overall cheating community (on COD), and COD accounts don't sell for much, so there's no incentive for them to target DMA yet.

VGK is quite proactive , not only against dma but also Arduino and even CV cheats, I'm quite impressed . I think I've said somewhere before I suspect all it takes is another round of major internal /external providers to be detected , for people to switch by en large to dma and trigger the same response from ricochet, the bukit ho swee fire of DMA.

is dma like literally unbannable verse just regular chairs? like i dont get whats so special about dma. is it ban proof? ive heard for tarkov you cant get banned but what about cod?

Dma cheat itself is unbannable IF the provider doesnt write to game memory.
Read Only is unbannable.
Only the FIRMWARE can get detected which is on your Dma card so your Card shows as a regular device on your Main Pc. For COD you can use any FW at the moment (Will take years) for them to do anythig about Dma , im pretty positive on that. As the Dma community is like 1% of the whole COD cheater base. I really don't believe they will do anything similar like Valorant or EAC/Be against Dma in Cod lmfao.
