Short question. I opened a thread but the thread isnt visable in my history.. why?

It was spam flagged but is approved now.

Another question: i had a user who requested a trade which I accepted but he submitted an invalid private field. so i asked him to request another trade with the correct information of the field, to ensure my trade safety ( iirc the #1 rule is -- don't trade outside of elitepvpers)

Just keep the trade unrated, canceling isn't possible after both party accepted it, but it is perfectly fine to do a new one with corrected details.
