There is certain rare circumstances where certain features can have a impact, but on dayz it is not a problem. For detection rate for the software itself it has no correlation

There is no advantage in security with only having ESP and all cheats have other functions too. You dont need a spoofer, DayZ rarely issues HWID bans and if they do, you can just have Raid0 OR permanent spoof once.

Battleye is not a problem nowadays, real is CFTools and bans lists that come with it, pretty powerful tool even for me with 10y of cheating exp

Playing legit w only esp is not a bad idea as you will want to use an aimbot at some point, abuse it and get banned, bypass cftools is not within reach of everybody

not affiliate or reselling shit, but i think baunticheats is a good choice for esp
