i was wondering one day through the mkt, when i thought i should buy a moonbox just to see what i get.......and.....i got 3 mets and ref boots...( i looked at them for 10 mins to make sure they dun have sock :rolleyes: ). since then i've bought more moonboxes and noticed then the moonboxes put on sale in mkt contain nothing more then bullshit. i think there is a way to see inside a moonbox... if u guys know something about this, please post :)

There is no way to see. Most moonboxes contain shit, thats why people sell them on market. If you go hunt them yourself and open every one you get, its the same old shit.

I opened 230 on one character and got 2 sockets, so i'd conclude the socket chance is ~1%, dont expect to get many.

Nearly same here 180 boxes for 2 socks, but i got 3 socks using dbs on the refineds that come in the boxes, maybe they're more easy to socked, dunno....About see whats inside its impossible cause the items it will give are randonly diceded when u open it. Whish i helped with anything.

Sunbox = rare, and it also has a small socket chance, you got lucky, dont expect a socket from every sunbox. There's probably around 10 boxes from all lab bosses drop per week, and you need to be there to collect, other people are taking out lab bosses aswell.

Where moonboxes can be foun any time. I can get 20+ a day, or more if I bot overnight. I don't have to worry about other players killing the mob like you do with your lab boxes.

first of all..ur not suppose to start a thread with a question

secondly, i heard u have better chance of getting a socket with mets than with moonboxes..but then again, i got socketed boots within 40 moonboxes

heheh I used to try to open moon boxes.. I did like 20-30.. cpl elites tons of mets and some refs.. spamed most of the mets on the ref'uni's and nothing :(

then yesterday someone was trading for a item i was selling in market.. part of it was in moon boxes :D

I was bored and opened a few and BOOM socket necky :D
yes it was luck.. also closes't I've come to making a socket.. bought tons never made/found :(
