Cheaper VP?

Does anyone know a trusted place to get cheaper VP? I tried changing my region but the website didnt work when using proxy / vpn, tried 3 providers. And some of the discord servers look sketchy so does anyone know of another way to get cheaper VP or a trusted place to buy from? Preferably on my own account.
