Getting around Infistar Ban

Anyone know how to get around infistar ban?

I tried buying new account, new steam, deleting old profiles, and running a new VPN and nothing has worked. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Change your machine name (DESKTOP-XXXXXXX)
make sure it is a residential vpn
