Warping Question

In order to get to Lufaise Meadows, you need to take one of a few possible zones, in my case I will be dealing with "Swirling Vorext" @ Qufim Island. When you select this(If you have the 3 promv's completed) you will be transported to Lufaise Meadows, is their ANY way at all to get their, without having the 3 promv's completed? Please help me out!

No, but you could enter the promy and warp right to the spire to beat it easily

especially when they might call a GM on you when you POS to the spire lol
