RDB_Tool openening problems

Hello

I tried to use different versions of rdb and it does not work for me.
After placing x64dll missing file in the folder another 0x0000 ... error appear

It tells you the problem, you're missing dlls please read next time also you can simply download those from glandu's rdb thread.

Maybe you did not read it properly, not me.
I have downloaded the missing files and it did not work.

I appreciate you taking the time to help me resolve the issue even if you are not being friendly posting.
Before I posted the thread, I read more than 10 pages of the rdb tool thread and even found a more updated version that is not mentioned in the post-1 (3.2 on page +20 if I remember correctly).
I have downloaded the missing dll files, I placed them in the rdb_tool folder and tried to run it, and I faced a 0x000 something error. Which, from my experience, it is a problem of messing files, and might be the newly added files are not compatible.
Maybe, I should have explained more in my thread. But definitely, I read more than you think.
A friend of mine sent me a 3.2.0 version that works fine unlike the one I have downloaded from glandu2`s thread.
