Speed Problems (5165)

Hey Everyone!
I have 3 problems that I'm having a problem fixing.

1. Mob Speed x2
2. NPC Movements /2
3. Mouse Sword Icon Speed

The Mouse Icon doesn't load... it just repeats itself every few milliseconds so you can't see the animation. Same with the rose mouse icon... =[

The Mob Speed I set x2 by changing

Code:

if (Alive && DateTime.Now > LastMove.AddMilliseconds(1000))

That just makes it glitch though when it walks to it walks and then glitches forward to make up for not running.

Please help =\

I don't think the mobs are meant to "run."

Ahhhh mobs are everywhere I can jump fast enough they are gonna kill me ahhhhhh

=| Seriously. These glitches are bad... and yes the mobs are supposed to be x2 faster than they are.
