TR payment and another language in dashboard

Hello guys,
I have a question for you about Turkish payments and the language I play in. If I set it to a different one, e.g. Polish or German, can I change the payment currency after a long game?
I have a new account with TR payments, I use VPN, but I would like to play in my native language and not Turkish.
Does this have an impact?

Language changes do not affect payment, u can play without VPN but during buying stuff VPN have affect. I recomend not to open payment without VPN on (logout, clear chache before and than open payment). Few years without payment loss.
