Overwatch is aggressive towards cheaters, thus why so many providers experience ban waves frequently. This is one price factor.
Another price factor is the amount of work that is required to support
all heroes and their abilities. Unlike, for example, Call of Duty, Overwatch has dozens of heroes with
different abilities that all need to be developed for.
Lastly, it's not enough to simply support all of the 40 heroes. Those heroes need to be able to compete at a Master or higher level (preferably higher), otherwise why buy it from them?
I agree, as a consumer, 120$ is insanely expensive for a cheat (mainly why I don't play OW anymore). However, I understand the amount of work that is required to not only remain UD, but to perform better than competitors, which is why they're priced the way they are. And believe me, you will definitely notice a difference using Wyvern than you will their competitors.
