[help] edit blue text and npc names

i need to know the files that need to be edited to change the blue text (shown below)

and

changing npc names

yes ive tried to look in the msg server for the blue system msgs

Not sure about the blue text, but changing NPC names in a job for npc.ini!

#for the blue text go to your client folder..
