new payment method , do you mean a new type of coin?
could be done through gameserver and SQL , but what kind of purchase type ? f.e do you want to purchase from all NPCS or specific NPCS, or this new payment type it's about purchasing from NPC only or other type of in game purchases? ISRO R files or VSRO files?
