I'm new to this and I'm not great with PC intricate things in general. I'm having trouble with my DMA card (Captain BlackSquirrel). I was able to get the launcher to load once, but the DMA wasn't translating to the gaming PC. Now, I keep getting an error when I try to load it.
I asked a friend to check if I had downloaded everything correctly. He suggested that the firmware might be bad, but he wasn't sure. I also noticed that the lights on the DMA card are no longer on. I have no idea if that matters or not. The DMA card has not been moved since I installed it, and the lights were on then.
So my question is, could this be a firmware issue or is the DMA card dead?
The FTDI device is still found in the device manager of the radar pc
