Speed and skill-hack question

Are they still server sided? just wondering cause there the only things that kept me from leaving the game D:

well yeah they are at server side

and it's kinda hard to tell since rexign is still outdated, so nobody can test hacks...but yes, they are server-sided and I think they will remain that way

only the casting server side but the skill is still on our side. but with out the casting we can't really have skill hack , so if anyone can willing to make the casting instance send me a PM and i would happily to help you out
