Help: How to set a portal on a MAP to have multiple different colored effects

Set three different portal effects on a MAP, with the following styles. How do you need to set them? Please help.

If I am right in what you are asking, to set additional portal effects in your maps, you need to add to the .wld file. Get your coords in game (or your svmap if you already have the portal made), open the desired .wld for the change (I prefer WldEditor by VicSind).
Add your coords and the effect ID:

You will have to check which effect IDs are what.. idk if there is an easy way for this, but I just made several portals with different IDs to find what is what on my server, and wrote them down

randomrespawn doesn't work from what I know, ignore it
