Hi!

There is still possibility to use dialog to ferry to docks?

Potentially, assuming you have the quest the dialog would go as follow
Code:
Dialog(0x00000015)
Dialog(0x00000084)
Dialog(0x00000085)
Since it can be done with things like Entering the Snowman dungeon without actually completing the pre-req it could be possible to do it with this as well..

I am back to gw1 after 4years and before I could ferry to docks with level 1 character, now i can not, so they did change... dialogs no working on new char :(

works fine.

At Consulate targeting Hannah:
Dialog(0x85) ; Unlocking Consulate Docks

At Consulate Docks targeting Mhenlo
Dialog(0x88) ; Unlocking Kaineng City
Dialog(0x89) ; Unlocking Lion's Arch
At Lion's Gate targeting Lionsguard Neiro
Dialog(0x85) ; Opening Gate to Lion's Arch

you can use any older version of toolbox you want. Go here:

I think the last version where raw dialogs are working is 5.14
