my account weapons removed in real inventory

Before I do a real inventory, I have some weapons, tattoos, and some items. After activating it, everything I have disappears and all the codes I put in appear, and this is fine, but everything I had before is replaced.
I want what I have to remain as it is? In addition to the things I put in code
How can I solve this problem

It would probably be good to know which hack you are using. Also, one thread is enough;)
