Looking for a Developer :D

Hello! I'm looking to find a developer I can pay to create a Shaiya private server of my liking. I've played Shaiya for a long time, many different servers, and I personally have my own idea for a server that I believe everyone would enjoy. It would be simple. I just don't know how to make it myself. I've made a test server from my Local PC before, I've been trying to do it again, but the amount of knowledge I need to gather isn't going to be worth the time without some help. I already have the server mapped out in my head, written down in notepads from a decade ago, and I just would have to refine the finishing touches.

EPVP is full of these kinds of scammers.
