Evicted.wtf script opinion

Hello, im thinking about getting evicted script, is it good or is it detected frequently?

Dtc frequently i have lifetime but i get banned 2 times.

The script itself has allot of usefull features, but are tipping more to the site of a lite cheat, also the owners are money greedy and their main discord is also a reselling spot for other cheats they sell, that they dont code themself,
