I have an account which used to be turkish but a whuile ago got changed how can i get it back to turkish?

If you're the original creator of the account you can. He just needs to make a riot ticket and supply them with the info they request like original email, account creation date, etc. They also might ask proof of new living situation in the country you want to swap the account to.
