CIS Split tunneling "Error connecting to auth server"

I can no longer log into my CIS account using split tunneling. I receive "error connecting to auth server" followed by a LONG timeout. (im at 7 days rn).

i am using ip's
104.18.6.148 and 184.18.7.148 connecting to Moldova.

Any one have an updated method? thanks.

IPs are wrong.

Ip is not correct and also connect to Ukraine not russia

As peppered stated connect to Ukraine are another CIS country they seem to have a block on most russia
