I've used both and I will start off by saying they are both excellent products. First off they are not Reseller #413, you are speaking directly with the developers. They are both extremely quick to respond to anything and you can also make suggestions for future features. They both take a stance of not developing rage features such as speed hack, which is good because they have their customers safety in mind.

AtomicDMA:
$69/mo
Great UI and customization for loot filters
Sometimes has slightly buggy marking for Rogues / Guards but works most of the time
Has 1-2 QOL features over Lone atm such as customizable FOV and No shadows
Has vischeck chams, never personally used them because I have a fuser.

LoneDMA:
Cheaper ($55 / mo) Also runs a lot of sales usually on wipe or holidays
Fantastic Dev
Very smooth radar experience, very little bugs ever occur.
The UI is a little outdated but I believe he is working on that along with improved loot filter customization
Has aimbot smoothing which a lot of users love

Both:
Great customer support
Fantastic Fuser ESP implementation - Atomic used to be behind in this aspect but with their recent update with the wipe it works as flawlessly as Lones.
Fast with updates and suggestions

Personally I think both are pretty great products. Currently I am using Atomic but when my sub runs out I may try Lone again. My suggestion would be to just try one out for a month then try out the other for the next month if you are still playing.

Lone is good. Atomic support ticket response very slow. Lone was much better in terms of performance and quality of service.

Atomic is a very good product, but its biggest drawback is that it cannot accurately kill enemies running at a certain distance.
