Anyone have interest for 1 non-donation server

After xx years of playing silkroad, and after opening few pserver's, I come here to try find useful ppl who are interessed for 1 free project. I mean without donations. With all respect Egypt/Arab ppl are not welcome.. (get too many times scammed by them,I'm sorry for normal ppl from this country's)
So if someone want do something like it, just leave comment/send message.

I think there's one up already, project 65, but I'd love to open one one day, too.
Completely free of donations.
Until them, I'm enjoying my offline gameplay.

You can try and do it yourself to see how it all turns out.

I can do it alone ofc, but reason why I writte post here is to find some useful/skilled ppl who love this game and don't need profit of them. Alone is bored+ have not time to be full active on it.

Once we tried to make a similar server, you will be surprised to know that the players asked for the sale of Silk, we made the mistake of applying farm systems and the players do not want that, they want to start with an amount of Silk and pay and avoid hassles. , have premium Plus, devil, grab pet, etc.
(if they can't have their things from the beginning they don't play)

It's what we're used to, it also seems like it's an idea you've just thought of.
What about the payment of the Host, filter, and all other monthly expenses.

First what I can say in your reply, only kids want something free or "start items", real player never will ask for it. And it can be upgrade able server, so from like 20-30 cap to xx.. about monthly server requirements, always there can be support by me or someone of team, or even players who want keep it.. Idk maybe I have wrong with this all what I think. But I'm sure it can be good idea. There is a lot people who had extreme knowledge in this game and ofc want help. Epvp is community with tons of experienced designers/developers/video editors/ and others, who can help with something without paying them I'm sure in it.

So you really just want to be the "leader" with your name and the one who can say, "Hey, it was my idea".

I think the people who can do that would either do it without you or charge you for it. At the moment I don't know anyone who works for nuts.

Even if the idea is a good one, it won't catch on or survive in the long run. (Server and filter costs, the time to install and prepare updates)

Nah you're understand it also wrong, I don't want just be leader or say later "yay it's my idea or something like that" , just want to do something like it and to ppl have where to spend his time. Because other all servers runnig just to take money and cya. About server costs I know what's it because as I mentioned in first post I own already 2 servers. But after years all of us or 90% real Silkroad players have job, family, kids, etc. And alone can't do something like it, that's reason why I close my servers, filter/hosting is not too expensive, "services" is.. I hope you guys will finally got my point what I want say. If still not, no reason to continue more..

Btw in end ##close it. Not worth my time as i see it's obviously pointless to try something like that. However, everyone else is "smarter". Greetings

The idea is not bad, but you need a plan to carry it out.
You may find people like me or others who are willing to donate their time and knowledge for this cause, but other talents will be necessary, and must be paid for.
Money is a fundamental part of completing this vision.

I know that you see it as something utopian where a server without donations would be the best for the Community but it really doesn't work when you do it, on the other hand I don't doubt that you have the best intentions with this idea, but if you are going to give up when two people They tell you it won't work, so I don't think you're not the one chosen to complete this idea.

You have had servers, you know how much is needed, get the necessary amount of money and do it, that will be your contribution. Good luck :cool:

Yeah bro, il'l do this alone, just want to see will it work or not. Maybe later il'l got some helpers. Thank you guys however 🥂
