Does R6 IP Ban?

I got banned game banned last night on steam and was wondering if R6/BE does ip bans. I haven't found anything really helpful online other than spoofing disk serials since battle eye only flags disks as far as hwid goes. Hoping someone on here can give me some insight.

I have definitely seen HWID bans in these types of games. IP is probably not out of the question for repeat offenders

I just get ban One Time, im gonna truc to play with a spoofer. do you you think it’s useful to use a vpn?

ive cheated on this game for over 3 years now and never have i been ip banned ahaha
