U can use whatever you want. Just dont play to obvious. Wipe the whole lobby, chase player etc etc. of course getting report will make your account more risk and easier to get ban.
Check with the provider what features is not recommend to use. Some provider will tell you which is not safe which is safe to use.

Check link in signature. You don't even need to use aimbot, recoil, etc anymore in this patch as most guns barely have any recoil.
