SSN's filter files database etc

Databases are clean and come with the filter's database, and custom achievements system, and all that cool shit.

some info about the filter because I honestly don't remember much:

There are 3 or 4 projects in the solution, and I seriously do not know which one is the filter, so you have to figure that out.

I remember there were some glitches though the Achievements system was fully functional.

filter worked just fine with 150-200 peak online players.

More info after going through the code in notepad++

The ClientConfig (for auto potions) table is in SR_CHINA_CS not the Filter's database (and I don't know why)
Some ips are hardcoded (most likely all IPs are)
Achievement System can be triggered on/off from the Extension class
fix the async code yourself that shit looks awful
