does windows 11 affect spoofing?

does being on windows 11 make spoofing serials harder than it is on windows 10?

Not all spoofer providers support windows 11 for valorant. In the past it was not supported due to TPM regulations but with recent changes in VGK it does not make a mjor difference since it is required for both.
I still see lots of suppliers only allowing windows 10 for Valorant.
