Anyone know what Viper is?

Have seen a product called Viper being sold by sellers like private cheats, sky cheats ect. Interested in in but looks like it's a resell, wanna know what the source is so am not buying a detected product

Havent seen it myself yet but everything that skycheats sells is a resell cheat and not "private"
